假的，這是冒稱「先買後付未繳」的郵件，消費者可能確有相關消費而降低戒心，遂點選信末「聯絡我們」連結並被導向自稱官方之帳號。對方宣稱其身分遭冒用，先以流程說明安撫情緒，繼而安排「專員」加入，稱需進行帳戶安全檢核。專員以急迫語氣要求受害人開啟螢幕分享與關閉簡訊通知，並一步步指示登入網銀、操作轉帳驗證，稱是必要步驟。受害人於慌張中輸入多組驗證碼而未察異常。其後發現帳戶餘額短時間遭多筆轉出，並出現無卡提款紀錄，試圖再聯絡時對方已失聯，始知遭詐。
