中央氣象署預報員李孟軒指出，受東北季風增強及南邊風神颱風外圍環流雙重影響，形成共伴效應，基隆、台北市山區、新北市、桃園市山區、新竹縣山區、宜蘭等6縣市達停班課標準，是否停班課仍由各縣市政府決定。
