假的。外交部指出，網路所傳影片是紐約上海民族黨主席何岸泉於8月10日至我國駐紐約辦事處弔唁李登輝前總統後，將影片上傳YouTube及PTT，影片中我國駐紐約辦事處館牌遭變造為「駐紐約中華民國領事館」。外交部特此澄清，駐紐約辦事處館牌上所示為「駐紐約台北經濟文化辦事處」，並非「駐紐約中華民國領事館」。
