■「彎曲度」並非香蕉甜度的唯一指標,不同品種、不同季節種植、不同肥培管理與用水量等,也都會影響到香蕉的甜度。

■香蕉的確會釋放乙烯催化果實成熟,尤其是在果柄處;像文中說的用鋁箔紙包住果柄(也有人會用保鮮膜),的確能延緩香蕉被自己的乙烯氣體催熟。
