過年前竟然被詐騙集團盜領40萬，2個戶頭全歸零！一名女子5日凌晨收到台新銀行傳來的「版本更新」簡訊，當下不疑有他點入後輸入個人資料，「半夜起床發現多筆款項匯出的信件，才發現帳戶的錢被盜領完了」，這時才驚覺那是詐騙簡訊，並非台新銀行所發出。銀行人員與警方表示，當晚接獲很多台新銀行的用戶報案，「追回機率很低，只能等偵查隊那邊了，然後走法律程序。」
