非常多錯誤，根據 schengenvisainfo.com 的解釋，疫苗護照的目的不是「限定有打某某某疫苗的人才可以在這些歐盟成員國旅行」，而是允許以下三種人都可以自由旅行：
1. Vaccination passport：接種特定認證疫苗的人，本文少提了嬌生疫苗，並且這些認證疫苗當然會因為世界上有效疫苗增加而更動
2. Test certificate：檢測為陰性的人
3. Recovery certificate：感染 COVID 後恢復健康的人（對，因為這下你就有抗體了）

歐盟成員國「被鼓勵」可以實行這個制度但並非強制，此外，沒有接種疫苗的第三國旅行者當然也可以申請檢測與恢復證書，並沒有「疫苗歧視」的問題。

最重要的是，這個旅行證書目前只有歐盟成員國討論中，並不是全世界國家通用。
