國內新冠肺炎疫情持續未歇，行政院長蘇貞昌今天說，為使65歲以上民眾有症狀能盡快篩檢、確診儘早用藥，降低重症發生，9月1日起發放5劑免費快篩，近400萬名符合資格者可到4600多家健保藥局、衛生所領取。

自今(2022)年9月1日起，民眾可持65歲以上長者(1957年(含)以前出生)健保卡，至各快篩實名制販售據點免費領取一份5劑家用快篩試劑。
