莊人祥澄清，我方從來沒有向BNT購買3000萬劑疫苗，同仁也沒看過這份採購合約。我國向來是和BNT直接聯繫，之前有寄合約給對方，就等對方寄回，沒有聽到原廠說要跟上海復興購買。至於如果BNT委託製造廠商在中國製造，仍無法購買。
