假的，有詐騙集團以「帳戶凍結」一事，詐騙一般民眾，如遇到主動通知帳戶凍結，應注意，千萬不要自行提款或轉帳，應先報警或向銀行查詢確認，以避免詐騙集團利用被害人恐慌心理，導致事態擴大。
