吳明珠醫師已有聲明本人或診所從未曾於網路、臉書等社群媒體或 APP上進行銷售、推薦或代言相關物件或藥物。目前網路上所有用吳明珠醫師名義販售的任何產品，都是盜用醫師照片或影片來進行詐騙販售成份來路不明的產品。
