所謂「我們缺疫苗是不買」的說法與事實不符。我國從2020年9月起即已陸續分別透過COVAX（疫苗全球取得機制）平台採購476萬劑國外疫苗，以及直接跟藥廠購買英國AZ疫苗1000萬劑、美國莫德納疫苗505萬劑，已陸續到貨中。
