會先經過勸導，疫情警戒第三級期間，民眾應減少非必要的外出及活動，出門務必戴好口罩，並且勤洗手與消毒、做好手部清潔，以及落實實名制等相關規定，若發現相關違規情事，警方將當場蒐證移請主管機關裁罰。
