仍會先經過勸導，因為全台進入三級警戒，所以「外出就得要戴口罩」，也就是說只要在室外，不論是騎車、開車都是要戴口罩的，而依據傳染病防治法，未佩戴口罩且經勸導不聽者，罰款3000到1.5萬元，罰款金額是視情節輕重，再由當地主管機關裁罰。
