將網傳影片截圖「反向搜索」可發現，影片最早於1月8日被發佈在「Reddit」網站上，1月12時也有中國網友轉發至「Bilibili」，均早於美國首例新冠肺炎確診案例（1月21日），因此與「疫情另一波高潮」無關。
