这次公教人員的年金改革政府定名為：「退休给与重新審定」，分两方面：
1、公保養老給付：原18%优惠定存改為9%，只發两年，之後歸零停止。
2、月退休俸部分，從今年7/1起打折減發，公职年資满35年者，從75%起，每年減少1.5%，十年後變為六折。公职25年者，從60%起，十年後变成4.5折。
而且這亇錢將固定至身故，其他公务員加薪亦不調整。
各單位將以双掛号於107/6/11至6/20间寄送，如果你有地址異动，請即刻与退休單位人事室联繫。如有年長親友、同事、鄰居，亦請轉告，以免影響其權益。

銓敘部官員認為，要看年金改革方案何時實施，實施之日生效，才會有行政救濟問題，但權益受損的軍公教人員，依保障法須於三十天內提出復審。
