這名美國籍男子叫Levi Forrest Wallace，2024年43歲，曾在美國犯下未成年性猥褻案，在2024年10月初入境台灣後，人卻消失了。而移民署2024年10月11日接獲美國在台辦事處，通報示警後，組成專案小組，發現他並沒有按照地址居住，但憂心他停留台灣期間，會違反法律或傷害善良風俗，也同步將公文發給警政署、外交部、勞動部及教育部等單位協助尋找。
