有多位民眾控訴，自己加入「賣家幫」想要賺錢，但現在本金跟紅利金卻沒拿回來。賣家幫簡單來說，就是幫忙衝高商品銷售量，下單物品後不會真的拿到東西，而24小時後，本金就會退還，還會給紅利金。聽起來很好康，但已經有很多人表示沒有拿到錢。刑事局表示，從今年一月起共有13件諮詢、檢舉和報案，財損金額超過170萬，警方已經偵辦釐清中。
