小客車司機或乘客於高速公路或快速公路未繫安全帶，若在期限內繳納罰鍰，一人罰3000元、二人以上是罰4500元；計程車乘客或營業大客車前座乘客，若司機善盡告知責任，乘客將受罰，每一人罰3000元。不是一律「一人3000、二人6000」。
