訊息正確。依據高鐵旅客運送契約第二十六條：除列車遲延或運行中斷外，旅客持車票自旅行開始至旅行完成之時間，不得超過3小時30分；到站辦理補票者，應於補票後1小時內離開付費區。無正當理由超出上述時間者，本公司得加收1張全區間商務車廂全額票價之違約金。
