依據「勞工保險條例」規定，自2021年1月1日起，勞工保險普通事故保險費將調高為11.5%（含就業保險費率1%），費率調高0.5個百分點；勞動部估算，依據不同投保薪資級距，勞工每人每月預估將多繳24～46元，雇主則將多繳84～160元。
