經查詐騙集團的詐財話術之一：騙徒假冒市場管理單位，以官方發現不法情事，要求凍結交易帳戶、以進行審查為由，拒絕投資人自帳戶中提領資金。 證交所呼籲，當投資人對各項投資訊息有疑慮時，應致電165反詐騙諮詢專線，或證券期貨反詐騙諮詢專線（02）2737-3434；並建議投資人，應回歸最基本的投資方式。
