求職詐騙方式推陳出新，防不勝防，不肖人士刊登不實徵才廣告，製造求職陷阱，求職者只要一時疏忽，就會蒙受損失。常見的求職陷阱包含實際工作與面試洽談不符、簽訂不合理的合約、騙取證件成為人頭帳戶等；另外在就業隱私方面，有些面試官會假藉面試之名窺探新鮮人的個人隱私，使個人私密領域受到侵害。
