文中『嘴裡已孕育出「小魷魚」』的描述與事實不符。

原始期刊僅在韓國婦女口中發現魷魚的精包（spermatophore），並非報導內所稱「精囊」，更沒有「新生命」。
魷魚的精包可以獨立運作，刺入母魷魚（或食用者的口腔）並且釋放精子。
