2020/12/27 在網路上轉傳的「南投仁愛鄉下雪了」影片，應是 2016 年寒流時的影片，並非 2020/12/27 之前所拍攝的影片。
2020/12/27 網路上轉傳一則 33 秒的短片，是在南投縣仁愛鄉仁和路「阿五商店」旁的道路所拍攝的。影片中 21 秒開始，有一塊淺色底的「竣悅」山莊招牌；然而，根據 Google Maps 街景，該塊招牌在 2017 年 5 月的街景中，就已經是藍底白字的版本，故這個影片應該是 2017 年以前所拍攝的。
2016 年 1 月，南投清境農場確實曾經在寒流之下飄雪，影片應是當時所拍攝。
