行政院發言人丁怡銘澄清說，政院周姓同仁，日常負責為政院網路新聞資訊搜集，以及參與各項政策問答圖卡、懶人包等製作，均為彙整正確而即時之新聞資訊，完成後也立刻提供黨團立委對外說明之用，並未提供給所謂網軍、或以錯誤訊息帶風向。
