「資源回收」真正的底層邏輯，是讓資源回收、處理、再製之後的產品有市場，且有合理的利潤，整個體系才能順利運作。這樣的回收、處理與再製體系面對的是開放市場，全臺灣，甚至全世界的資源物，只要品質與價格符合其需要，就會成為某個次級市場中的原料。
