建議民眾使用冷氣過程中應適時開窗通風，開啟每扇窗戶至少15公分，並以對角、對向窗戶開啟方式為最佳通風方式讓室內空氣與外面的新鮮空氣流通；若室內僅有單面或單側窗戶，也建議可搭配循環扇使用來加強室內外空氣流動。
