The contents is less health related as the website name suggests. 2) the information revealed in this post seems to target bakery industry and indicates there are guidelines for making foods in low quality. This is not what I had experienced in Taipei. 3) people in Taiwan are very conscious about food making. Bakery needs a permanent store/facility. Any quality issue will certainly backfire. The described behavior is counter intuitive for a business where customers can always come back to complain.
