馬來西亞醫生阿末三漢警告不要飲用「宋谷咖啡（Kopi Songkok）」的咖啡，因它含有醫生處方藥物「昔多芬（Sildenafil）」，會導致血管擴張進而引發血壓急劇下降，如果沒攝取適當劑量，會出現副作用，例如頭疼、作嘔、腹瀉、肌肉疼痛、心跳加速、中風，最嚴重甚至可能導致死亡。
