衛福部食藥署發布新聞稿表示，已看到蘇偉碩承認引用錯誤數據，如果蘇偉碩願意公開承認散播於網路上的訊息錯誤，並修正相關圖文與影片內容，願意視情形向警方補充說明已澄清內容，供檢警辦案參考。
