另一張是18歲投票權公投票，因為涉及修憲問題，（18歲就有投票權、也可以有被選舉權--非常可怕，但執政黨完全沒有宣導）能不領就不領，非領不可時，「請同意、不同意都蓋，讓它成為廢票。」
投廢票比較好，空白票有可能被做票。

假的，並沒有作票可能。投票依《憲法》、《公職選罷法》與《公投法》等規定，無論選舉或公投，皆應以普通、平等、直接及無記名單記投票之方法行之；不僅如此，投票時禁止將圈選內容公開或出示他人，更禁止任何人窺視刺探他人投票之秘密，此皆為現行相關法律所規定。
