印度古籍裡提到以葵花籽油與芝麻油做油漱口,其實椰子油、橄欖油、苦茶油、茶籽油都是很好的選擇,若再加上有殺菌能力的精油,如丁香、奧瑞岡諾、尤加利、茶樹……更可以增強殺菌效益,營養素中以Q10輔酶對牙齦的保護效果最顯著。當然,清除掉對牙齦會造成發炎的銀粉(汞齊),也會有很良好的改善作用。

油漱療法的方法是:早上起床空腹時,是牙齒細菌含量最高時段,用2、3茶匙自我選擇的油含在口中,開始努力的在口腔每個部位漱口清洗,15至20分鐘最好
