健保局呼籲：該局不會以電話通知民眾違反健保法令或將要鎖卡等訊息，也不會要求民眾按鍵轉接服務人員，請民眾提高警覺，以免遭詐騙集團套取個人資料，或蒙受其他損失。同時也請民眾提醒家中年長者，接獲來歷不明的電話，絕對不要提供個人資料，以免受騙上當，並立即撥打 165 防詐騙專線檢舉。 接到不明來電，有任何疑慮都可撥打健保局免付費電話0800-030-598 查證，或是直接向警政署防詐騙電話 165 報案；而平時除了可收聽警廣或參考詐騙案例介紹，充實生活知識外，更要提醒家人及年長者，小心提防不要輕易匯款或將資料給不明他人，以阻斷不肖歹徒之詐騙行為。
