與時間無關，疫情全台第三級警戒，外出必須全面戴口罩。包括騎機車未戴口罩者，苗栗分局就曾取締騎土及附載乘客都沒口罩者，警方要求員警舉凡接獲報案或勤務中，發現戶外未依規定佩戴口罩者，一定要展現公權力，不容民眾有僥倖心理。
