農委會主委陳吉仲（2）日強調，原修正案僅是開放含有萊劑的牛豬產品來台，但不會開放萊劑進口，國內養豬業者也不得使用萊劑養豬，查獲違法罰新台幣6萬至30萬元，並公布違規業者姓名及地址，若一年內再犯者更可處250萬元以下罰鍰。
