銓敘部與國防部軍人年改財務精算誤差，質疑軍改砍太多傷害退伍軍人權益

軍人退撫基金由於收支失衡，本金自100年結餘311.32億元，迄106年僅餘31.54億元，依銓敘部105年委託第6次精算報告，預估將於109年破產，亟待修法紓緩危機。經本部研採退休俸自「40+2%」提高為「55+2%」、高出部分採10年調降差額、提撥費率自12%提高至18%、輔導會分10年挹注1,000億元，以及一次退伍金與70%退休俸由輔導會預算支應等多項措施，已適切減輕退役人員所受影響，且現役人員提撥及政府挹注基金，均係共同因應破產危機，並無砍太多傷害退伍軍人權益情事，特此澄清。
