觀光局發布新聞稿澄清：所有的補助或是優惠措施，都需符合補助要件才能申請；補助對象也會鎖定可以有效創造更多經濟效益的團體，如獎勵旅遊團體，或是優質旅行團等，絕對不是漫無目標天女散花的提供補貼。
