经过反复近两年的拉锯，中美终于在1月15日达成第一阶段协议，并在华盛顿正式签字。 该协议涉及到知识产权、农业、金融服务和技术转移等领域的结构性调整问题。 我乐见双方通过谈判来化解分歧达成协议。我也乐见协议执行给大国带来的良性发展。 我不知道能多大程度付诸行动，不过老实讲，我是多少有些悲观的。但我知道，毫无疑问，中美合作而非对抗更符合两国人民的长远利益。 正所谓我们有一千条理由把中美关系搞好
