「教育部經費挹注下，國家圖書館購置「空中英語教室影音」資料庫，資料庫包含每日頻道（「大家說英語」、「空中英語教室」）及9種主題頻道，提供免費語言學習課程，民眾申請加入會員（https://login.ncl.edu.tw/Account/Register），連線至國圖電子資料庫首頁（http://esource.ncl.edu.tw/esource.htm?from=），即可在家輕鬆學英文。

國家圖書館表示，政府提倡2030雙語國家政策發展藍圖，重視國人英語力，盼帶動全民學習英語風氣，國圖除選購適合全民閱讀的英語學習資料庫，同時蒐集中西文各類免費電子資源網站（http://109read.ncl.edu.tw/freeesource/tw.html），提供元自學，歡迎多加利用。」
