男子張文2025年12月19日接連於捷運台北車站地下通道、中山站外丟擲煙霧彈，並闖入百貨持刀傷人，最終墜樓不治。警方表示，已於張男租屋處查扣製造爆裂物材料，持續釐清犯案動機。案發後已通報各警局加強巡邏轄區公共運輸系統，北市警局已成立反恐應變中心，並由各單位派員進駐待命，將持續調閱監視器畫面及訪查進一步釐清張姓犯嫌的犯案動機。
