行政院長蘇貞昌上週召集相關部會首長，針對「振興五倍券」規劃方向進行討論，已底定採1000元換5000元方案，預算規模約1100億元，實體券與數位券同步發行。據悉，9月底將配合疫苗覆蓋率、疫情穩定時推出，屆時將強化數位領券的宣傳。
