1.第一次沖泡大約5分鐘,早餐後趁熱喝,加半顆鈣片。
2.立即用保溫杯第二次沖泡,大約30分鐘,打開杯蓋,味道苦澀,生津解渴,想喝就喝。
3.喝完後,同保溫杯第三次沖泡(密封),一直到睡前,還要加半顆鈣片和檸檬汁一起喝,一次喝完,內含大量檸檬油精,可以打通血脈補鈣。
