假的。馬來西亞完全沒有類似的處罰或是規定，其法規都會如常公布，打腳底板此類的私刑處分完全是錯誤訊息。目前台灣武漢肺炎疫情，違反居家隔離者，加重罰則最低20萬至最高100萬元。
