二、依退休日期做區別，目前應先準備的退休文件略有不同，
共分以下3個時期：

A-85年2月1日以前退休：(純舊制年資)
1.退休核定函
2.退休金證書
3.退休證
4. 身分證正反面影印本
5. 訴訟專用木頭私章

B-85年2月1日起至100年2月1日間退休：
1.退休核定函
2.退休金證書
3.退休證
4. 100年2月1日生效-公保優惠存款重新審定函
(優存金額有改變的才有附件-計算單)
5.身分證正反面影印本
6.訴訟專用木頭私章

C-100年2月1日迄今退休：
1. 退休核定函(含優存計算單-每人都有)
2. 退休金證書
3. 退休證
4. 身分證正反面影印本
5. 訴訟專用木頭私章
