財團法人香蕉研究所人員說，香蕉屬無性繁殖，要經組織培養長出新株苗，不是將香蕉切開黏在切半奇異果上，就能夠合在一起長出香蕉奇異果。何且奇異果要經稼接程序，也不可能如此短時間就長出果實來，該影片呈現只是一種唬頭而已。不可能是真的。
