因應唾液篩檢確實在市場上有其需求性，但經過經過國內長庚醫院檢驗發現，唾液篩檢需要 Ct 值低於 23、24 才會檢出，鼻咽則是 Ct 值超過 27 也可以檢驗，相對唾液採檢敏感度較低，但有其方便性。
