建議人與人之間，在室內應保持1.5公尺、室外保持1公尺之距離，若雙方正確佩戴口罩，則可豁免社交距離，但處於擁擠、密閉之場所仍應佩戴口罩。有較高機率近距離接觸，無法有效維持1.5公尺社交距離的場所，則業主應停止營業。
