〔記者楊媛婷／台北報導〕隨著中南部天氣好轉，母雞產蛋率提升，以及農委會祭出「3+2」措施延長到3月中旬，雞蛋供應緊張的情況明顯紓緩，目前雞蛋供應量已提升到每天可供應11萬箱，且週末將有第1批日本進口約30萬顆、2貨櫃的雞蛋輸入，將專門供應食品加工廠使用。 受到天氣、飼料原物料大宗物資大漲影響，台灣雞蛋供應一度較為緊張，不過農委會祭出「3+2(獎勵蛋農生產雞蛋每台斤3元、產地價漲2元)」後，雞蛋供應

天冷缺蛋，農委會跟加工業者調度庫存供應零售銷售，將進口雞蛋補回給業者。產地來自日本禽流感非疫區，並經日本防疫規範把關，運抵台灣邊境時，農委會防檢局也會做檢疫確認、衛福部食藥署則就食安進行抽驗，確認無虞後直送加工廠，引入禽流感風險極低。
