近來利用銀行帳戶犯罪事件層出不窮，無論是否作為犯罪行為，卻都遇過帳戶遭到凍結不能使用之情況，造成資金運用上的困難，甚至因此被詐騙集團利用此一機制，作為詐騙手法，如果遇到帳戶被凍結，我該怎麼辦？我是否就有觸法之情況呢？

假的，有詐騙集團以「帳戶凍結」一事，詐騙一般民眾，如遇到主動通知帳戶凍結，應注意，千萬不要自行提款或轉帳，應先報警或向銀行查詢確認，以避免詐騙集團利用被害人恐慌心理，導致事態擴大。
