此為詐騙。可能是詐騙集團冒用基金會形象，假公益誘騙有資金需求之民眾，騙取個人資料，再假藉因故轉帳失敗，金管會查金流，要求提供更多帳戶，遵照指示輸入個資帳號，裡面存款卻被清空，這是詐騙集團的詐騙手法。
補助機構不會調銀行帳戶是否為警示戶，不會要求受補助者支付手續費，要求匯款給他人都需格外小心。
提款卡、信用卡、身分證件需自我保存，切勿交給他人。
